| Long description | My client is seeking and experienced commodity or financial journalist to cover the global sulphur and sulphuric acid markets for a newsletter that covers the international chemical fertilizer market. The newsletter is produced daily and is posted online as well as emailed to international subscribers. You will be responsible for producing daily updates on deals concluded, price discovery and a weekly in-depth global analysis of both these products. There is also the potentially for working with others in the Fertilizer and Chemicals division on long term products. You will also be required to maintain relationships with market contacts as well as expanding and building the database of international fertilizer sources for sulphur and sulphuric acid. This is done through direct telephone contacts and also attending industry conferences. This is a role which would suit an ambitious and outgoing journalist who can see the importance of these markets in the wider global markets, there is also the opportunity to develop within the business to take in more analytical or consultative roles. |
